1207B
|
Non-solvent Type ( Silicon Type) 1207B
|
-
It is high in viscosity and has superior good thixotropic properties. Thus, is it effective on bonded surfaces with big clearance
-
Superior engine oil and LLC resistance
-
It dries quickly and delivers superior pressure resistance immediately after coating and assembling
-
It does not corrode copper or copper alloy
-
It cures at 120 °C
Three Bond 1207B is silicone based, one component type black coloured liquid gasket. It sets automatically at room temperature when reacts upon exposure to air moisture. No hardeners, activators or heat require. Bonding strength increases as it hardens. The resultant rubber-like solid resists both heat and cold. It maintains stability and original qualities under a wide range of temperature from -60ºC ro +250ºC
Features
-
Highly resistant to heat and cold
-
Excellent electric insulation
-
Solvent-less; minimal shrinkage
-
Ideal for sealing comparatively large clearances
