ARC 797 is a low viscosity, 100 solids, low VOC primer/sealer for concrete surfaces.  Its moisture tolerant formulation means it can be applied to ensure positive adhesion and proper cure for various topcoat systems even on damp concrete.  Typically supplied with ARC 791 and ARC 988 Resurfacing Composites, ARC 797 can be purchased and applied as sealer as to prevent wicking as well as to eliminate out gassing on porous concrete.  ARC 797 can be applied by brush, roll or spray at wet film thickness of 0,175 - 0,250 mm (7-10 mils).  Color is clear
